I’m a white, genderqueer sometimes femme and a migrant born in Soviet-occupied Poland. I know what it’s like to move through multiple worlds at once – balancing expectations, histories, and identities while trying to hold yourself together.
I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist and relational somatics practitioner, which means I don’t just focus on what’s on your mind – I help you notice what’s happening in your body, in your relationships, and in the patterns that keep you stuck.
All of my sessions take place online through secure video calls, so you can show up from wherever you are — no commute, no waiting room, just a space that feels safe and accessible.
And if you’ve tried all the things – yoga, acupuncture, self-help books, lifting weights, podcasts, doomscrolling – but still feel overwhelmed, burnt out or stuck, I see you.
You’re the reliable one people turn to who struggles to ask for support.
Overcommitted yet utterly lonely.
I get it.
I love working with queer and trans people who show up for everyone but themselves – until they burn out. People who keep giving and giving, who wonder why they’re so damn tired all the time while still feeling so lonely. People who know something isn’t working but aren’t sure where to start. If that sounds like you, I get it. You’re not broken, but something needs to shift.
I’m often told that I have a gentle and warm presence. I bring curiosity and humour to my work but don’t let that fool you – I will cut through the bullshit and your defenses real quick. I will laugh at your jokes but also invite you to slow down and explore what might be underneath them.
I don’t believe in ‘fixing’ people. I believe in getting curious, in naming the things you’ve been avoiding, in finding ways to exist in the world that don’t leave you drained. I understand that personal struggles don’t happen in a vacuum – family expectations, cultural narratives, and oppression all shape the ways we move through the world. Therapy isn’t just about helping you cope with it all – it’s about figuring out how to navigate it without losing yourself.
